Mocht je een antwoordnummer kunnen gebruiken, dan graag vermelden, dat scheelt mij weer in de portokosten.
De boeken van Hofstede en Riesthuis zijn m.i. nog altijd de moeite waard, namelijk een sterk theoretische basis om complexe systemen beter te kunnen doorgronden.
De papiercontainer is meer iets van een "last choice". Toch zonde, nietwaar?
