GREYNET INTERNATIONAL - CALL TO MERGER / NEW TITLEHOLDER
GreyNet's origin and foundation is within the International Conference Series on Grey Literature. GreyNet is sustained by an expanding author/research base and is for 50% funded by Associate Membership. GreyNet is managed by its founding director and supported by four service providers and four committees responsible for program planning, resource policy, social media, and educational activities. Together these stakeholders are the guarantee for GreyNet's range of information products and services accessible to grey literature communities and those they serve. Since its relaunch in 2003, this independent organization has operated internationally under the auspices of TextRelease, a sole proprietorship. Now 12 years on, GreyNet has reached a turning point and TextRelease alone is unable to invest in resources that would be of significant benefit to this organization. A major partner and new titleholder is vital to GreyNet's future. Interested parties are invited to access GreyNet's Business Report, May 2015. http://www.greynet.org/images/GreyNet_Business_Report_2015.pdf
