be hosted by the Institute of Development Policy and Management (IOB) and

University of Antwerp, Prinsstraat 13, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium. We kindly
invite you to register.



The theme for this year's meeting is *Open for Development : Open Access,
Open Data and Open Content in International Development*
