Registration for 41st LIBER Annual Conference is now open!

The Conference will be held 27-30 June 2012, in Tartu, Estonia.

Theme of the Annual Conference is "Mobilising the knowledge economy for
Europe".

On the programme are the following prominent speakers: Jaak Aaviksoo,
David Nicholas, Ellyssa Kroski, Kurt De Belder and John Houghton.

The number of conference participants is limited to 400 and registration
will close after this number is reached. Your participation will be
guaranteed by early registration!
