Ze hebben het over IFLA ILL Vouchers. Wat is dat precies ?
Ik zal eens in mijn Finse/Scamdinavische/Baltische/Poolse bronnen kijken hoe IBL daar geregeld is. Het is een interessant onderwerp.

Payments
In general payment is due upon receipt of the requested materials, but please note that we reserve the right to request payment in advance under certain circumstances.
We prefer payment in IFLA ILL Vouchers. If you request books or photocopies and you do not pay in vouchers, administrative costs will be added to your invoice.
Charges
Payment by IFLA ILL Vouchers for:

Books: 2 vouchers per volume
Photocopies: 1 voucher per 15 copies
