Dear colleagues,

Registration is now open for the 40th LIBER Annual Conference which will
take place at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Barcelona from 29 June to 2 July 2011. The deadline for early registration is 30 April 2011.

The Conference invited speakers are Neelie Kroes (Vice President European Commission, Commissioner for the Digital Agenda), Rick Luce (Vice Provost and Director of Libraries for Emory University), Herbert Van de Sompel (Los Alamos National Laboratory), Alma Swan (Key Perspectives) and Lorcan Dempsey (Vice President, OCLC Research and Chief Strategist).

Places are limited to 350 and will be distributed on a first come first served basis.
