Company: Bureau Van Dijk Information Management

Job title: Junior Library Portfolio Manager

Duty station: ESA, Noordwijk, The Netherlands

Job purpose:
As part of a team, you will assist in optimising and managing the Knowledge
Portfolio of the European Space Agency's library.

When: As soon as possible

Duration of the mission: minimum 2-4 years

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Daily monitoring of the portfolio
· Yearly fine-tuning of the publication portfolio
· Harvesting usage statistics and evaluating user requirements
· Liaison with external suppliers, publishers in case of service
anomalies related to current agreements
· Participation to the elaboration of new and improved working
procedures and support documents
· Participation to the elaboration of user enquiry questionnaire
contents
· Participation to the definition and evolution of performance
indicators

Qualifications:
· A University Degree in Library and Information Sciences (mandatory )
· Engineering Skills or an additional Degree in Sciences will be an
advantage
· English : working language
