[NEDBIB-L] Twee verzoeken

Beste collega’s,

 

Er zijn planen om mijn bibliotheek te herinrichten. De collectie wordt anders opgesteld. Hierover heb ik twee vragen:

Ten eerste zoek ik adressen en contactinformatie van mogelijk leveranciers van het inrichtingen van bibliotheken (vooral planken).

Ten tweede zoek in iemand voor 3 tot 6 maanden als intern,  liefst van een bibliotheek opleiding, die ons assistentie kan bidden bij het uitzoeken van de collectie

en eventuele scannen van een deel van de collectie.

 

Als jullie hierover mij wat tips kan geven hou ik mij aanbevolen.

UDC Seminar 2017 revisits faceted analytical theory as one of the most influential methodologies in the development of knowledge organization systems.

We invite information professionals, researchers, lecturers in library and information science and computer science as well as controlled vocabulary developers and designers to join us in discussing important issues related to 'facets' and their application in information organization and discovery.

Various aspects of facet analysis will be discussed by the most eminent authors in the field of knowledge organization and classification: Richard Smiraglia, Vanda Broughton, Birger Hjorland, Claudio Gnoli, Joseph Tennis, Martin Fricke, Dagobert Soergel, Rebecca Green, Rick Szostak, A.R.D. Prasad, et al.

VICTORINES 2017

 

Win € 2000 met je publicatie, € 1500 met een innovatief initiatief of € 1000 met je scriptie! 
Stel jezelf of je collega kandidaat voor een van de 3 Victorines

Doe zelf mee of draag iemand anders voor uiterlijk op 29 september 2017. De prijsuitreiking vindt plaats tijdens het KNVI congres 2017 op donderdag 9 november in Nieuwegein.

Sinds 1978 looft het Victorine van Schaickfonds | KNVI jaarlijks de Victorines uit. Met de prijzen willen we publicaties en vernieuwing in het informatievak stimuleren.

Je maakt kans op een van deze prijzen als je recent een bijdrage hebt geleverd aan de innovatie van het informatievak in de ruimste zin van het woord. Dat kan een artikel, presentatie, website, blog, vlog of andere publicatie zijn, maar ook een bijzonder en vernieuwend initiatief. Je bent erin geslaagd aan het vak van informatieprofessional nieuwe vorm, betekenis of inhoud te geven. En dan gaat het naast academische juist ook om tastbare, misschien wel alledaagse resultaten. Een studie naar de rol van de informatieprofessional in 2040 of naar het archiveren van born-digital content, het ontwikkelen van een app voor optimale kennisuitwisseling, of bijvoorbeeld ontwikkelingen rondom open access, linked data, sociale media en innovaties voor specifieke doelgroepen zoals kinderen, studenten, mensen met leesproblemen, vluchtelingen en ouderen of de impact van de nieuwe privacy wetgeving op ons werk.

Drie Victorines

We reiken drie prijzen uit:

·         de Victorine voor de beste publicatie: € 2000,- en de Victorine van Schaick Penning)

·         de Victorine voor het meest innovatieve initiatief op het vakgebied van de informatieprofessional: € 1500,-

·         speciaal voor studenten: de Victorine voor de beste scriptie: € 1000,-.

Inzendingen en inlichtingen

Stuur je inzending uiterlijk 29 september 2017 in.

Je inzending moet na 31 december 2015 geschreven of ontwikkeld zijn. Voor bachelorscripties, master's theses of proefschriften geldt dat deze na 31 december 2015 verdedigd of gewaardeerd moeten zijn.

De jury wordt gevormd door het bestuur van het Victorine van Schaickfonds | KNVI. De bijdragen kunnen in digitale vorm en/of via een link, voorzien van een kort cv van auteur of maker gemaild worden naar Seher.Hazinedar@kb.nl.
