Beste collega's,
Minister Bussemaker van OCW beantwoordde afgelopen week Kamervragen over de bibliotheken van het Koninklijk Instituut voor de Tropen (KIT) en van het Geldmuseum.
Over de bibliotheek van het KIT antwoordde de minister op vragen van het Tweede Kamerlid Jasper van Dijk. Kort gezegd staat in het antwoord dat het zogenaamde "erfgoeddeel" van de KIT-collectie bij de Universiteit Leiden ondergebracht wordt, en dat de resterende collectie voor een (klein) deel elders zal worden ondergebracht. OCW 552539). Uit het antwoord op de vragen 5 en 6 blijkt dat de minister zich niet verantwoordelijk voelt voor de resterende collectie.

In de brief lijkt te staan dat de bibliotheekcollectie over gaat naar De Nederlandsche Bank ("De collectie en de bibliotheek zullen toegankelijk zijn voor extern onderzoek.")

The 2013 Seminar addresses the issue of visualization, which is at the heart

Hallo Ria,
Uit jouw reactie begrijp ik dat je nog van niemand een antwoord hebt
ontvangen. Ik weet inmiddels meer over het nieuwe interbibliothecair
leenverkeer.
Er is nu sprake van dat de universiteitsbibliotheken heel veel materiaal
(tijdschriften e.d.) wel beschikbaar hebben voor hun studenten en onderling
ook aan elkaar verstrekken. De reden dat zij dit doen is de volgende: er is
nu sprake van dat heel veel materiaal digitaal beschikbaar is voor studenten
en medewerkers van de desbetreffende universiteit. Om hierover te kunnen
beschikken schaffen bibliotheken licenties aan.
Als jij dus een artikel zoekt kan je daaraan komen door contact op te nemen
met een universiteitsbibliotheek die materiaal met betrekking tot educatie
in zijn collectie heeft. Dan kan je daar verzoeken om onderstaand artikel.
Je moet er dan wel rekening mee houden dat je voor dit artikel moet betalen.
Ik hoop dat je hiermee bent geholpen en dat je aan het betreffende artikel
kan komen.

Namens mijn HvA-MIC-IM studenten vraag ik u om mee te werken aan deze enquête waarin de informatie- en mediaprofessional centraal staat: wat zijn dat nu precies voor mensen, waar werken ze, wat verdienen ze, welke karaktertrekken hebben ze en nog veel meer kenmerken komen aan bod. De resultaten zullen worden gepresenteerd tijdens het KNVI jaarcongres op 14 nov. ( track 1).
